Aren't you just consultants?
No. Consultants produce recommendations. We produce remediation. Every engagement has a scoped deliverable and a named senior lead who executes the work end-to-end. If all you want is a strategy deck, we are the wrong firm.
What happens when you leave?
Every engagement leaves behind operating documentation written for the operator, not the auditor. Knowledge transfer is scheduled into the work plan, not tacked on at the end. The goal is that the next person in the seat can pick up the register and the runbooks without calling us.
How do you price?
Fixed fee or fixed-scope T&M, agreed before the engagement letter. We do not do open-ended retainers. Phase 1 assessments are priced against a six-week clock; Phase 2 remediation is priced per workstream against the risk register. Enterprise platform engagements are scoped in a single working session before any letter is signed.
Do you do implementation or just advise?
We execute. The enterprise practice implements the platform work that the risk register surfaces — Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and the security underneath. The AI practice builds and measures the pilots. Advice without execution is not what we sell.
Do you work with our existing MSP?
Yes, and we do not replace them. We are not a managed-services firm. If your MSP is running the helpdesk, they keep running the helpdesk. Our work sits above the MSP layer — engagement-shaped, time-boxed, and handed back when it is done.
